All goods available on this website are supplied by School Uniform Lothian (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree that School Uniform Lothian will be the contracting party.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change prices within our online catalogue at any time without prior notice.

• All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• VAT will be clearly displayed at the basket and checkout stages (please note that certain children’s clothing sizes may be VAT exempt).
• The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is confirmed.

Due to ongoing manufacturer specification changes, we cannot guarantee exact colour shades or material consistency across all garments.

Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Please ensure all order details (including size, colour, and customisation) are correct before confirming your purchase. We cannot exchange or refund personalised items that have been ordered incorrectly.

We accept no responsibility for any claims arising from copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringements relating to logos or designs provided by customers.

Delivery

All orders are dispatched directly by School Uniform Lothian and delivered via Royal Mail or, where applicable, by one of our delivery drivers.

• We aim to dispatch stock items within 3 working days of receiving your order.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the order and personalisation requirements.

If your order has not been delivered, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that we can investigate and raise a claim with the carrier if necessary.
