Shipping Policy

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 across the UK.

We understand how important it is for you to receive your order on time, especially for back-to-school purchases. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 7–10 working days, subject to supplier stock availability.

Delivery is carried out via courier or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order. Please note that all embroidered garments are made to order. We hold plain stock items and apply embroidery or printed logos as required once your order is placed.

We aim to deliver all home delivery orders within 10 working days of purchase (excluding bank holidays) to UK mainland addresses. All items are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their email address is entered correctly at checkout so that all order-related communications are received. Customers should also check their spam or junk folders regularly, as we cannot be held responsible for emails that are redirected there. If you have successfully received your order confirmation email, you should receive all further updates without issue.

While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, delays may occur during busy periods. Additionally, circumstances beyond our control—such as extreme weather conditions or delivery service disruptions—may occasionally impact delivery times
